Shipping Details

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Domestic customers will be charged a $12.50 flat national shipping rate. 
  • All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 1 PM AWST will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM AWST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM AWST will ship the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which will allow you to find out approximately when your order is expected to arrive.
  • Orders outside Western Australia and in regional Western Australia will be sent using Australia Express Post. Please expect orders to take anywhere between 2-5 business days in peak periods, however most should be delivered within 3 business days.
  • Orders within Western Australia Metro area will be sent via Australia post regular Parcel Post. Please expect items to take between 1-3 business days.
  • Your order may require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be likely to be able to receive the package between 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM.
  • If no one is at your specified address at time of delivery. Australia post will leave a card that will direct you to your local post office for collection.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • The Annex Brands delivers all international parcels using Australia Post or DHL courier service.
  • Shipping fees will vary depending on the country zone. Please view your country's individual shipping cost at checkout.
  • International orders will have an approximate delivery window of 7-14 days depending on your location.
  • Your order may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Your order may be subject to customs clearance. This may cause delay beyond estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Responsibility for any customs fees or taxes rest with the customer.

GENERAL 

  • Once The Annex Brands has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you (the customer) will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages. We are not responsible for courier delays. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
